CHIFIR exists because ceremony survived. Dynasties fell, oceans were crossed, coffee happened — and the small pot kept being passed around the table. A practice that durable deserves better than a mesh bag and a microwave.

We are not a wellness brand. We won't promise focus, calm, or a better you; tea is not a supplement, and we refuse to dress it as one. What we can promise is the leaf itself, presented honestly: what it is, where it stands on caffeine, how to brew it well.

We read the tradition the way you'd read a codex — with respect and a magnifying glass. History, chemistry, craft: the parts of tea culture that hold up in daylight are the only parts we sell.

Release 001 is two stuffed teas. What comes next is not announced. There is a letter, for when there's something worth writing.
