Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

United States: Standard shipping is free on every order through November 30, 2026, and takes 3–5 business days. From December 1 it is free on orders of $40 and up and $8 below. Express takes 1–2 business days for $15.

International: we ship to 27 countries with DHL, FedEx and USPS. The rate, the transit time and any prepaid duties are shown at checkout.

You get a tracking link by email when your order leaves. If an order arrives damaged, opened or wrong, write to hello@chifir.com with a photo and we'll replace it.

All sales are final. Our teas are food, sealed and shipped once, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, except where the law gives you that right.

Customers in the European Union can withdraw from an order within 14 days of delivery, as EU law provides. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

If an order arrives damaged, opened or wrong, write to hello@chifir.com with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
