White tea leaves rested in sun-dried green tangerine peel.

Each fruit is opened at the crown and emptied by hand, filled with whole leaf, dried in open sun, then left alone to become one thing. Tea houses call it xiao qing gan, the little green tangerine. One fruit is one session.

How to take it

  1. 01

    One whole piece per pot — gaiwan, teapot, or thermos.

  2. 02

    Rinse once with water at 90 °C / 194 °F.

  3. 03

    Keep first steeps short: 10–15 seconds.

  4. 04

    Add time each round. Re-steep past ten; one piece makes up to 2 L.

Seven pieces in a sleeve-and-tray carton, each in its own well. Every piece arrives wrapped in the producer's own paper — the yellow-and-purple label on the black box, the gold label on the silver — the way it left the workshop. We don't rewrap it.
